place smelled like stinky feet upon arrival. dishes, blankets/throws and all board/card games smelled like stinky feet as well. my wife and i kept smelling ourselves because we thought it was us. called and spoke with a representative about hot tub issue. they said we will have maintenance contact you right away. stayed three days. no contact. lifes a bear 10/2020.

We just got back from staying at the 5 bed room Breathtaker cabin. Have stayed at other Timber Top cabins in the past but never had the disappointment we endured in this cabin. The cabin was very dirty. There was toe nail clippings on the stairs, mud and someones hair on the floors in the living roon and game room. The kitchen cabinets were covered with sticky filth, the counters were the same with bread crums and spaghetti noodles left behind.The microwave door was ready to fall off. The furniture was so stained and smelled really bad.The tubs in the bathrooms had not one but multiple dead bugs in them.The hot tub smelled so bad that no one would use it. The dart board was broke. The only positive about this cabin was the view. I am not sure what the house keepings job is but i would think it is to clean. This cabin was booked before us and can tell we got the aftermath from them. If this is what Timber Tops has resorted to I will be booking somewhere else next year. Very Sad.

Hi just wanted to let you know that your Cabins are beautiful. We stayed over the Easter Holiday and after an 8 hour drive it was nice to come into a clean but beautiful cabin. The View astonishable. We loved the hot tub, pool table, air hockey and dart machine also. We had all the amenities of home from the kitchen, bathrooms to bedrooms. We stayed at "Bearly Heaven" and that's exactly what it was Heaven! We will recommend it to family & friends and of course you will see us again real soon. Thank You. Maggie G from Hammond, IN
