We made a reservation on October 20th in Capital Scooter, belivieng this would be a comercial place that rent scooters. The responsable, Sam, (the only way to contact was by phone), asked us a valid credit card. We gave to him because we trusted in a site of rental in USA. As soon as we hang up, he made a total debit of 1 entire day of rental. In the next day (day of rental) my husband had a problem and we were one hour late, but who would be losting time were us, not him, because we paid for one whole day. When we found the place, there was NOT a Comercial rental place, but a Parking Lot of someone else, and this man, Sam, just had left the key of an old Scooter and NO rental contract , on the hands of the parking lot guard. I'm not crazy to get a Scooter of someone without signing any document and have no insurance. And when I saw the place, the scooter and the way the things were going on, I declined of the rental and said it to Sam by phone and asked him to return my money. Although everything in his site was not real I gave up and agreed to pay for cancelling last minute reservation's fee $35 (requirements of their site). But until now I only had the debit of $110,00 in my credit card.
