We provide peace of mind for absentee homeowners in The Villages, Florida by weekly inspection visits to their home.
When we sign up a new client we go to their home to discuss their needs and prepare a checklist for use on weekly visits. We always enter the home and check for water leaks, power failure, insects, etc. We also walk around the home to check the lawn, windows and doors. When needed we contact the homeowner by mail or phone.

We had a great experience with TLC Homewatch. Roger and Connie were very responsive with follow up with all my questions. I had a move to my home in the Villages, and I could not have coordinated my move without their assistance to accept our furniture and meet the movers. They are now helping us, as we transition down to the Villages full time. Very reasonably priced. Would recommend TLC for a move and home watch services. Laura P.
