Elite Shutters & Blinds is a full service window treatment company specializing in custom plantation shutters, blinds, shades and exterior shutters. Darrell Dean is the original founder of Elite Shutters. He has worked in the shutter and blind industry since late 1992 spending two years in Scottsdale, Arizona and more than 18+ years now in the Southeast. His mission when starting Elite Shutters in 2000 was to provide customers with an unequaled product and to back it up with outstanding customer service.
A statement from Darrell "I was never interested in becoming the biggest shutter company, just the best. Satisfied customers truly do mean everything to me. I focus on the personal attention they deserve and the attention to detail they expect. I understand the difficulty consumers face today with so many products being offered and everyone says "we're the best". My philosophy is to educate the consumer and never try to "sell'' anyone my products. Any of Elite's clients can tell you, there are very distinct differences between the companies within this industry. That's why I still meet personally with so many of my clients to this day."
