I am impressed with Mr. Breeden and his services. My job was restoring a rental home up to home for sale condition. There were several issues/needs that involved cleaning fluorescent water leakage from cinderblock, painting cinderblock, sealing concrete with epoxy coating, rebuilding trim on doors, interior painting, and serious cleanup. Mr. Breeden knows the materials that work well, has good recommendations for corrections, stays with problem areas until resolved, and provides lots of communication by text messaging and cell phone. I will use Mr. Breeden on more of my projects with confidence.
