After doing some in-depth research, I began a 24-Day Challenge in September and continued to cycle on the 14-Day Max Phase continuously. By Christmas I had lost 40 pounds and 6 inches from my waistline. The Max Phase is now part of my normal routine and I continue to burn fat and build muscle daily.
