My kids have been at Champions for 6 years since they were 2 and 3. I am amazed at the control and respect they are able to get from kids of this age and how they are able to keep them totally engaged. My kids are now 7 and 9. Both are well into their brown belts and on their way to black. We have had them engaged in every sport but this is the one thing have fully committed to and it is life changing for them.
