I have used this company for almost 8 months to order tobacco online. At first this seems like a decent company no real problems until Dec of 2016 . This company will not tell you when they are out of stock on an item... they will not notify you that your order is not in stock as they state plainly on Web site .. But the worst part is when confronted with issue I heard the words I knew were comming. .if you don't like it you don't have to shop here I'll just cancel your order .. it is a crying shame this is what customer sevice has come to in America. . I have herd this more times than I can count .. 35 years in a customer based business and when folks cared about having customers like their business you would never here this and if you said this you would be fired immediately. .. upon all this the man I talked to lied several time about competition actually a business I have used in the past but changed to save money.. spend the extra money and shop else where .. you will be alot happier when you don't wait a week to find out they are out and just don't care enough to tell you .... please shop elsewhere show that customers sevice matters. Ps 7 days latter no product. And still shows in stock on Web site. Just go else where you will be happier. .........
