Do not Trust this GUY! I called him and told him I needed some permits pulled for a historical house and he said he can do the service. We first stop by a notary place and did a notary and he asked for a payment of $500 and following day contacted me, He could pull the permits. He has license and anything else. COMPLETE FRAUD and now he has my paper works and money, For the first 3 day he does pick up my calls and making excuse and telling me he is out of town or busy, after Aug 12, he does not pick up my call. My only choice is report him to BBB and take legal action.
