Monitronics has proven to me to be the best monitoring company in the industry. No other company I've ever dealt with has taken customer service so seriously and do whatever it takes to make sure that the customer is happy. Fortunately I've never had any problems with the system but I've seen them in action when there is a problem and they don't stop until the get it right. There is certainly something to be said for such a large company who still treats their customers with respect and not just a number or revenue.
