Mike Becker genuinely cares for each and every customer who comes in his store. As a store manager, he impressed me with his knowledge of product and enjoyed passing interesting facts along. As I waited my turn in line, I found that I got caught up in the "stories behind each product". When Mike finally got to me, I felt like I knew Mike, and that I was sure I would get the same service each customer had received. It was a pleasant shopping experience!
