first time I called I was told that I had the wrong number, when I tried repeating the number back I was hung up on. Called again and spoke to the owner (apparently is was the right number) She said she didn't know who it was and also didn't seem too concerned about rectifying the problem with a potential customer. I would highly recommend going elsewhere to get your carpets cleaned .If they don't care about customer satisfaction over the phone then imagine how little they actually care about cleaning your carpets.
