When I heard the Donald Longmire was going to restart his Property Services Business, I was over-thrilled. I am Dale Barrett, a Property Manager living in the Seattle area. I used to use Donald to manage my landscapes in the greater Seattle area. I was at that time overseeing some image sensitive properties and had outstanding issues of discontent with the owners regarding poor service I had received from the area's 3 largest Landscape Companies. Nearing the end of our agreements, I was worried having tried the largest most respected companies and getting poor results. I had to resolve those issue fast. These were challenging properties, and I had not been able to locate anyone that could handle keeping them attractive within our budget. Upon hiring Donald, he asked me what my deadline was to reclaim the deteriorated landscapes. It was 3 months. He said flat out that it was a 6 month job to repair that much neglect. I knew that, as other companies also told me 6 to 9 months. Don completely renovated all of my properties in 3 months !
The work he accomplished was nothing short of amazing. He completely converted terrible looking landscapes into the most beautiful landscapes you would ever want to see - 6 properties that were all large acreages of landscaping - and he did it so fast! The skills he exhibited in design and re-landscaping key image points, in customer service and production was very impressive. I gratefully recommend him as one that gets results ! Dale
