This business has employees with a total lack of discipline and work ethics. some employees show up whenever they feel like it,say things like if you dont like my work then well see how you like it when i dont wash for a month to customers . and employees like this are tolerated instead of discharged from the company. owning a business and running one is two different things and this one runs wild. as a supervisor myself i am disappointed at the lack of control and discipline in this company. that is my honest recommendation.
