I recently had the misfortune of dealing with Brad DeShano and I must say it was one of the worst experiences I've ever had with a business owner. From start to finish, their lack of professionalism, poor customer service, and overall incompetence left me extremely frustrated and disappointed. First and foremost, communication was a nightmare. Brad DeShano rarely responded to my inquiries in a timely manner, if at all. It was as if my concerns were of no importance to them, leaving me feeling ignored and undervalued as a customer. Furthermore, the quality of their products/services was abysmal. The product I purchased was riddled with defects and did not meet the advertised standards. When I brought this to Brad DeShano 's attention, they were dismissive and refused to take responsibility. Their unwillingness to address the issue only added insult to injury. To add insult to injury, their customer service was shockingly poor. They displayed a complete lack of empathy and failed to provide any reasonable solutions to rectify the situation. Instead, they were confrontational and defensive, refusing to acknowledge their mistakes or offer any form of compensation for the inconvenience caused. Overall, my experience with Brad DeShano was nothing short of a nightmare. Their unprofessionalism, lack of responsiveness, and refusal to take responsibility for their shortcomings have left me deeply dissatisfied. I strongly advise others to steer clear of this business owner if they value their time, money, and sanity.
