Dr. Farrokh began his career by earning his Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the University of Rochester in New York in 1998.

After completing his Bachelor's degree, he went on to earn his Doctor of Dental Medicine from the University of Connecticut School of Dental Medicine in Farmington. After earning his dental degree, he completed a residency in general dentistry.
