I found Ruths class to be deeply moving and a life changing experience. Ruth skillfully and sensitively guided me to new levels of awareness, and encouraged me to discover and strengthen my relationships. She helped me create a better future by examining and confronting my past and showed me how to move forward and not stay stuck in my negative energy. She is a wonderful teacher who willingly shares herself on a soul level. I left the course with a hopeful feeling for the future and new beginnings.
