Poor customer Service. We had pool installed in April of 2013 - in May/June, we discovered there were 2 screws that were left under the liner and we attempted to contact owner multiple times in which we never got return calls. His contract states that he offers 90 day guarantee, which is voided since he refused to return our calls. We attempted to contact owner for assistance with closure of our pool this last winter - again, no return calls. Upon reopening, we could not get filter to connect, because it was not set on a level concrete slab (per filter instructions), so we had to rig it for now...but are unable to set up salt filter due to this. Amidst all this, the side of the pool has caved in...we called and texted numerous times stating POOL EMERGENCY... we were told (in text by owner) that he cannot make calls during the day, but would call in evening... no call. We did text again, he responded and said that problem is due to improper closing of pool. He still refuses to pick up phone and call. We have another pool company coming out to assess the situation and will be taking legal action if necessary. The owner did give us an excellent design idea and are pleased with the pool overall...however, if he would just return our calls, then we could potentially work things out.
