I strongly discourage anyone from using en-vious events, LLC for any event. The owner does a poor job of vetting staff members. For a 125 person outdoor pool party for my son's 21st birthday, the "cook" staffed was unable to re-heat the already cooked meal. Even though the kitchen had four ovens with multiple levels, she would only heat up one tray at a time. First came the overly heated protein, and then one side, and then another. Each tray came out over 20 minutes apart. So after over an hour period, one protein and two sides came about for only 35 people. I (the host) had to remove the "cook" from the job and re-heat and serve the dinner for 125 people 90 minutes late. I did not receive an apology from the owner, but she did charge me for two hours of work when her husband showed up after the meal to "smooth" things over.
