We make our own products. We make them by hand. We make them on site. We are a local, family owned, thriving ice cream business running on its third generation, now. While we are new to the area, we are not on the frozen desserts field. Over forty years of experience back our product with a family tradition that roots in the ice cream "capital" of Tocumbo, Michoacan, Mexico. Our Ice cream stores feature the best quality produce from all over the world and local growers as well. Made with a low overrun fashion (low air content) and with no preservatives, our technique allows a super smooth gourmet ice cream with a fresh take on classic flavors.. Our paletas (fuirt bars)?
