Hell no the office people who is head over this place an the office manager dont care about the ppl who live here nor do they put u in decent homes. Once u give them money for a home here at gulf stream manor they dont care anymore its the money they care about everthing breaks on the homes an they dont want to take of it. My 8 month old baby was almost kidnapped put of my own house bc a lady had came into my home un welcomed an grabbed him when i had came back to the living room they dint so back ground checks like they say they do nore do they look for ppl who arent allowed to be here this place is HELL I DO NOT RECOMMEND PPL TO LIVE HERE!!!!!!!

the crappiest place ever! i have been living there for over 6 moths and not one thing has gotten fixed in there, broken blind,restroom extractor not working, i haven't had a burner on stove working. every month they charge us lawn care 55.00 ( i guess in hopes that they get away with it. and we provide service to lawn our selves. so a few weeks ago they cut our cable wanting to move the satellite dish to another location. 2 weeks went by without cable because of their lack of planning. The dish had to be reinstalled in the same exact place because lack of preparation and planning in their part. the saddest part is that my husband and i couldnt go home to visit our kids (we work out of town) because the ONLY time the cable company had to come out and REINSTALL the cable was the sat. of memorial weekend which we had to stay home so that they could put back.. not only that we had to pay 55.00 to reinstall the crap that they did..the muddle puddles are cleaner than the water..but when we first moved in they reassured us everything would get taken care of... NEGATIVE GHOST RIDER... EVERYTHING Is the same if not worst
