BootCamp for Women and Personal Training We are proud to offer the BEST Bootcamp and Personal Training in the Houston area. With over 30 years of combined experience in the industry, we have the knowledge to get you into the best shape of your life as quickly and safely as possible. It is extremely important to us that our clients get results, and as a result, a high percentage of our business is from repeat customers and referrals. We will start by assessing your current fitness level. We will take your weight, measurements, and body fat %. Based upon your fitness level and goals, we will then structure a workout program tailored specifically to you. . We will perform a fitness evaluation every 4 weeks to monitor your progress, and based on your results, we will make appropriate changes to your routine.
