I had a horrible experience with Esure. I ordered 2 different Plantronic bluetooths, and did not receive what I paid for. Instead of informing me that one of them was out of stock (which happened to be the more expensive one!) and giving me the option to cancel or choose another model, they just decided to send me 2 of the same ones (the cheaper selection) and still have not refunded me the difference of cost, even though I have requested a refund for the difference.
