We hired Advanced Concession Trailers to build and outfit a drive-thru coffee trailer. Ultimately, we were disappointed in the final product that we received. The issues we encountered were leaking in water hoses, installed tables weren't built to spec, no drain line was installed, generator was overpriced, installed backwards and not installed to be anti-theft and several other issues. We communicated all of these issues on several occasions with ACT and they were very clear about their business policy was all warranty work had to be done at their place of business in Dahlonega, GA. Ultimately, we decided not to do bring our trailer back to ACT because of the time, expense and delays that it would cause our business. We felt like it was unreasonable for ACT to require us to bring our trailer back to make it right, because ACT was asking for us to carry the burden of cost and time. Ultimately, we were disappointed with the lack, of what we felt like, was reasonable customer service. But again, we understood ACT’s warranty policy - we simply chose to take care of it ourselves to insure the repairs were done to our satisfaction. We told ACT that we would be providing an honest review of our experience online if they were unwilling to meet us in the middle and offer us a partial refund. ACT was firm in saying they were not willing to offer us any kind of refund.
