Thank you. They worked with me to get a credit card account I had defaulted on cleared up. I had gotten laid off and that's why I hadn't been able to pay it. They let me set up a payment plan so I could pay it off over a few months and once I paid it off they helped me get it reported to the the credit file companies. Just looked at my credit report a few days ago and it shows that its all paid off. I want to try to buy a house in a year or two so this is at least a step in the right direction.

TALK TO MR. CHAPEL! HE DID A HARDSHIP FOR ME AND VASTLY REDUCED MY SETTLEMENT AMOUNT. IN THE LONG RUN HE SAVED ME ABOUT $500. I AM A VETERAN AND MADE SOME MISTAKES WHEN I WENT OVERSEAS. CHAPEL IS A VETERAN SPECIALIST WHO IS ALSO A VET, HE SAID THAT HE WOULD DO EVERYTHING HE COULD TO HELP ME OUT AND WENT TO BAT FOR ME. GREAT GUY.

Finally! A company who is willing to work with people. I got a call from a verification guy asking if I recieved paperwork, when in fact I had not. I was transfered to a mediator who explained to me what this was about and how I could resolve it. I was unable to come to terms with the negotiation and asked if I could make monthly arrangements. I was denied and the mediator argued for me so it could be resolved. I just made my last payment and I got my new car because I got this fixed. I actually went to them for further advice on another matter and they helped me without asking for any money.
