Very professional and reasonable pricing, even though we started with them on a big IT project. The project was for IT security for 5 schools. My Remote Tech came up with the best implementation plan and completely affordable price. They did a great job implementing this project across these 5 schools. Ever since we are working with them on most of our IT managed project and wish we knew them from the beginning.

I don't usually write reviews, but this place truly deserves a great review. I consider myself very tech savvy, but when my Mac crashed and burned one months out of Applecare, I knew I needed professional help. I sought to find a place that would do a good job recovering my data, fix my issue, and more importantly, be reasonable and affordable. I came across My Remote Tech through an alumni network list where they came very highly recommended. Not only were the guys I dealt with smart, they actually cared, taking time to answer questions and offer any help I needed. Therefore their customer service and support really worth rating and would highly recommended.
