Massage Therapy for Today's Active Lifestyles At Body In Motion, we focus on getting you back to doing the things you love. Our specialty is medically based, effective massage therapy that is tailored to each clients individual needs. We use a variety of methods in each session, including deep tissue massage, shiatsu, craniosacral therapy, acupressure, russian sports massage, hot and cold stone therapy, trigger point work, the trager approach, and structural integration to relieve pain and help the body heal from injury or trauma. Our clients include fishermen, laborers, sports enthusiasts, children, infants, post-operative patients looking to rehabilitate, and those just looking for a relaxing experience.
