Do yourself a favor and keep looking. We hired Shorty's/aka Carl Brothers and we arranged for 2 MEN to come help us load the moving van. What we GOT was Kyle and his teenage son who was a nice boy, but needed LOTS of coaching and direction--for which WE paid that precious time at FULL PRICE! I asked LOTS of questions when I called and also clarified that I would be renting an appliance dolly for moving the appliances (fridge/stove/W/D.) He told me that he had one so I didn't need to worry about it. He arrived about 15 minutes early. We ASSUMED that this was to do a walk through and assess the situation and gauge how to pack-again, thought this was a somewhat professional mover with experience. Turns out, he started the "clock" the minute he pulled in our driveway! When he finished, the moving van was only HALF used and they put ONE box in mom's attic. We had a few small things left to pack and couldn't get the rest of it in after he left. He wasn't willing to come fix it and we ended up hiring someone else to come fix his screw up.
