I guess I have a constructive criticism to offer. I was a little frustrated to see that Amber Property Management cancelled our annual meeting without first getting a vote of the full board of directors to approve this rather dramatic action. I suppose in some circumstances emergency action is required. Nevertheless, it makes me feel uneasy whenever a property management company takes decisive action on a potentially significant issue without first getting the approval of the board of directors. I think Amber Property Management should slow down and make sure that the board of directors is the controlling authority regarding important decisions.
