I met Tisha and Don back in 2012, during the month of December. It all started when I noticed an empty 30 gallon glass enclosure on their front porch. I was working for Allied Waste at the time. I was placing "Christmas Tree Pickup" flyers inside of residents mailboxes as well as on their front doors and porches. I was in need of an enclosure for my newly acquired 3 month old Savannah Monitor. From there, a friendly yet trusted bond was built between the three of us. Before we knew it, a beautiful reptile-driven commonality had blossomed. The couple has helped me tremendously with information regarding my pet reptiles, and opened their home to me on countless occasions. They've provided me with feeders for my own pets, boarded several pets of mine while I was away on vacation, and have even invited me to be a vendor alongside of them at several reptile shows and expos. Curious Reptile has made me a part of their community, by having me do volunteer work for their company as well as participating in educational programs at local libraries. Tisha in particular, is well-versed and experienced in several fields involving: reptiles, amphibians, and arachnids. Because of Curious Reptile, I became more inspired, educated, and a more versatile reptile hobbyist.
