This company was great until they got bought out by another company around a year ago. Since then I've had nothing but issues with them. I had them install a brand new heat pump and install all new ducting. After that they got bought out and I tried to give them many, many chances to get their act back together. They ended up losing most of their technicians from the previous owner, and now a lot of these service people have no idea what they are doing. It took them more than eight times to come out to my house to fix the new intake/grill but it still kept falling down by itself. They then had to send out a technician to fix a duct grill that fell from the ceiling and was just hanging there. While the technician was out he tried to get into an argument with me about the temperature I had the house at stating that the heat pump I just bought from them couldn't handle that temperature. I said that I bought the whole system a little under a year ago and it's been doing great. He told me I was wrong. I said aren't you here to fix the grill, because now based off of this conversation as soon as you leave I'm going to have to call them (Legacy Air) to ask them why they sold me a unit that their technician is saying won't do what I thought I paid for. He then asked me not to do that because he didn't want to get an earful from his boss. The condensate drain line that they installed warped, and they came out to fix it. The technician replaced a portion of the pvc line and spray painted it with plasti dip. I asked if placing more brackets would help. The technician said he wasn't going to do that unless his boss approved it and that it would be fine for a year. They told me that as long as I was a member of their maintenance program that their work is guaranteed. His boss, Dakota, I guess told the technician that they weren't going to replace it or fix it again. I asked for a call back from Dakota, and never received one, called them a few times over the course of a couple weeks with still no call back. Asked to speak with Dakota's boss, Spencer and was again told I would get a call back. No call. I asked for who the new owners were and how I could get in contact with them, and no one over there knows. They were dumbfounded and unhelpful. But they have been able to call me to try to schedule the maintenance on the unit. I said they are not coming back out to my house until these issues get resolved and I talk to someone who is telling me that they won't warranty their work. Again, they used to be the best, but since the company was sold they have been the worst.
