Ordered a tie rod for a Mercedes G-class. After 4 weeks they sent the wrong part. Initially refused to accept a return. I shipped it back anyway at my expense. 2 weeks after they received the part back, after many many unanswered phone calls ( their mailbox is always full so you won't even be able to leave a message) and emails I got a partial refund. They are sticking me with the return shipping. Check out their BBB rating
