We have always received thorough and complete work from BSR. They never have to come back and re-do something that wasn't constructed correctly whether it was in the house or on the roof. it was always done right the first time. Their attitude is always professional and pleasant. We love our kitchen cabinets and bedroom closets complete with desk and drawers, all specialized to give us more room in our small house. S.F. After a wind storm extensive damage was done to our roof. Following insurance assessments, we contacted 3 roofing companies. BSR responsed promptly. Later, using printouts, they walked us thru the services needed,showed us roofing swatches and explained styles and quality. I especially appreciated being given a timeframe for completion.
