Our philosophy is based on innovative training techniques, customer oriented treatment, injury prevention through preparation, and education. Kinetic Prototype Sports provides performance training for professional, collegiate, high school, and amateur athletes. Our training implements cutting edge training methodologies, and drills that focus on the specific sport, position, and optimal movement. At KPS, we teach athletes how to perform at a new level and use their movements to gain speed, agility, and strength. KPS uses the ideology of resistance and over-speed, and applies it to sport specific and movement specific drills. We have optimized the basic principles of kinesiology, the study of movement, and developed programs that encompass the most effective techniques and drills. We utilize specific training aids and focus our attention on building explosiveness in the specific movements required to be unstoppable in a game. Training with KPS equips athletes with the knowledge of how to prioritize specific movements and a better understanding of the mechanics behind the play. Our training provides athletes the most advantageous benefit because we focus on the specific movements required by a sport in a specific position and teach techniques that minimize the risk of a sports related injury and reduce the time it takes an athlete to react. Our goal is to enhance athleticism and the ability to execute movements by increasing their flexibility, agility, coordination, speed and strength. ​
