This guy installed a metal diverter on my roof, or should I say improperly installed a diverter on my roof. The roof leaked causing hundreds of dollars of damage. I had three roofers come to give bids for repairs and every one of them told me that the prior roofer improperly installed the diverter. When I went back to him to attempt to get a refund on his shoddy installation through the BBB, he claimed that I was trying to extort him. I wasn't trying to extort him. I was trying to just get my money back. Furthermore, he threatened to sue me because I was defaming his character. What a guy. Instead of owning up and fixing the problem, he further complicates the problem by threatening to sue me. Run from this horrible business and find another reputable roofing businesses.
