We've been selling on Amazon for + 2 yrs. Made 100's of sales. Our order defect rate is 1.04% just greater than the 1% required. Remaining 4 customer metrics are fine. We've generated 91% positive feedback 6% negative & the balance neutral. Sellers are at customers' mercy and most times we've refunded when there are issues. Amazon are holding money pending an "investigation", we've made errors, but to close the account & treat us so brashly given our efforts is very disappointing. If only Amazon would treat us like they expect us to respond to our customers.
