My husband called to fix our oven a few weeks ago (the stove was fine)it was showing an error code and not working. The repair guy came out, took apart the back and said he needed to order the part. Didn't tell me now my oven wasn't going to work until the other part came in. I went without an oven and a stove for a week. The repair guy came out today, put the new part in and now the oven works WHICH WAS NOT BROKEN IN THE FIRST PLACE, but the stove still needs another part to work. They charged us $304 and nothing was fixed. Now a few weeks before Thanksgiving I have to find another repair place THEY RIPPED US OFF
