Arthur Air has serviced my home's heat pump since they put the new Trane System in nearly 7 years ago, and I've never been happier with a service company. They are never hard to reach, the fact that they are family owned and operated means alot to me and shows in their workmanship. I recommend Arthur Air Conditioning to everyone I know!

AVOID ARTHUR AIR AT ALL COSTS!!!!! Arthur Air put a New $7000 Trane unit into my Oldsmar home in June 2011. Last weekend the fan blower stopped working. No big deal since the unit is under warranty, right? WRONG!!! They sent out a tech on Saturday who diagnosed the repair and gave me a quote for the labor to fix. He stated that the price was guaranteed for $550 labor + $99 diagnostic charge. Since all of the parts were under warranty and he would order that day and be back on Monday to install. I agreed to the $649.00 price and waited for the repair. Today another tech comes out to the house and diagnose the repair again. He now states that the first rep was wrong and that he missed 2 additional parts and that the repair would cost $1100.00 to repair. ARE YOU KIDDING ME??? Your company tech quotes me a guaranteed price of $649 and 2 days later you want me to pay $1100???? What a bunch of CROOKS!!! I ask to speak to the owner to get this resolved and he has not taken my calls or called me back! AVOID ARTHUR AIR AT ALL COSTS!!!!! 1 STAR is to generous for them
