The driver was nice, but the customer service was not. I was charged $300 for a tow my insurance company told me they paid for. I was not told what fees would incur or when. Turns out it's $25/day to have your car on their lot. I was also charged a random $60 on the day of the initial tow so that I could go get my registration out of my car. When I tried to ask questions or clear up confusion, the man I spoke to (big dark brown beard) told me it was a private impound (it was requested by my insurance company) ordered by the location I asked for my car to be towed to. My car never got to that location because Marv's brought my car to their lot and wouldn't release it without my insurance's approval. I don't know if they're incompetent or trying to scam me, but either way, I'm out $920.
