5.0 out of 5 stars Mixes well, tastes great, controls appetite and has the vitamins as well. I was so excited after reading the reviews about using this product. I have a hard time with getting hungry while dieting and needing something NOW! :) This is something that makes it really easy to grab and go. My friend turned me on to these after losing over 30 pounds since January of this year.
