After a car accident I had Ray Gupta & Associates represent me for my car accident after asking for accounting and why I'm paying twice for medical bills his firm still hasn't resolved my issue long after my case has settled Feb. 12th 2015. I called every single provider, office, collection agency not one of the offices has received a call from his firm. I went back to Indiana to speak with Ray and instead of facts and proof so I know what happened to my insurance money instead of answers his office called the police so he didn't have to show proof. My worst nightmare came alive again holding on to my accident money the original ambulance ride has not been paid which has been ruining my credit score. Stealing from client is what his office did with my case now his firm is suing me while he has my money. BEWARE! AGAIN BEWARE!! I was escorted by the police while he holds on to my accident money as I suffer with a broken back! His office told they wrote a check to the County Clerk after calling County they never received the check. This made my life a struggle that a firm I'm supposed to trust is not trust worthy!
