I do not recommend!!! I called for estimate. They quoted an enormous amount. I planned on getting more estimates the next day. They couldnt do it for 3 more days, giving me time to do that and talk to my insurance company. I never signed a work order giving them permission to do the job. I was awakened the next day by chainsaw and the sound of a tree dropping onto my roof. By the time I got out, the tree was off the roof. They removed my fence with my animals in yard and bunched it up under the tree and dropped the logs on top of my fence. They broke 1 fence post and bent another. Now that portion of fence is ruined. They wanted me to tell ins co tree fell on it. I had pictures that showed it did not. Then they wanted to rip another portion of my back screen to insure ins paid for that whole side and not a panel. I was dumbfounded! When I didnt approve that, Stephen took this tool and put it in the small hole in the screen and said, "Well, Im gonna do this" then quickly ripped downward tearing the screen even more!!! I could have patched that area. I cant now!! Thats insurance fraud as is them doing more damage to my roof and gutters to try to increase what ins would pay. When they left, they didnt put the fence back up and I saw the damage they did to my property!!! Its horrible! I now have to pay someone to fix those things that were fine prior. My insurance company tells me they go into their office demanding a check. Its not up to ins co. They need to discuss with me. After I told them to produce a signed work order, haven't heard from them so they are going around me and harrassing my ins agent and his boss! DO NOT CALL THEM FOR EVEN AN ESTIMATE!! They are shady, pushy, liars who commit insurance (a felony). They overcharge on purpose!! I cant find a license to do business, and they wont provide one, so probably not bonded or insured either! I hope so, I'll be filing a claim with their insurance for damages! Make sure to ask for proof before hiring!! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! All they have to do is provide my signature on a work order. They cant because it doesnt exist!!
