With over 30 years of real estate experience, I provide services to my clients to either buy and/or sell homes. I pride myself with giving my clients choices and helping them with their closing costs (when I can). For Sellers, I have 5 plans to choose from, including a Flat Rate Fee ($199 for 2013) with other ala carte choices. If you have any special requests/needs/circumstances - feel free to let me know!
