We provide fresh fish and shellfish off a variety of Portland boats, connecting Portland's strong local foods community with the Gulf of Maine. Each week, our members receive premium fillets of fresh-off-the-knife Gulf of Maine fish, or selections of top-quality local shellfish. All of our harvest comes from Maine's pristine, briny waters, and is hand-selected based on freshness, flavor and season. We choose our fish based on the soundness of stock levels, and our shares consist mainly of Acadian Redfish, Haddock, Monkfish, Pollock, Flounder and Hake. Each week's fish varies depending on what the boats bring in, and we work closely with local fishermen to offer their freshest catch. We also work with local shellfish harvesters, to supply our members with the best of Maine's oysters, clams, mussels and scallops.
