Platinum Maintenance and Contracting was established in 2003 on the pillars of honesty and teamwork. We at Platinum Maintenance and Contracting are a full service residential property maintenance company. We have acquired expertise on property maintenance through years of experience working with owners of single family homes as well as owners of multi-unit apartments. This expertise allows us to help you chose the appropriate maintenance solutions for your tenant occupied or vacant homes. Our trained and experienced maintenance crews take care of all the needs at your home from HVAC to general maintenance repairs. In addition, our maintenance crews carry out routine preventative services like filter replacements, cleaning of gutters, furnace and AC checkups. These preventative services not only maximize your Return on Investments but also prevent you from accumulating expensive repairs in the long run. All the services provided by any of our crews are validated and require complete lien waivers before final payments are issued to ensure the optimum utilization of your money. Having worked with various property management companies in the St. Louis Area, Platinum Maintenance and Contracting fully understands the value of a good maintenance division for your company. We will tailor our services to suit your needs. If preferred, our maintenance crew will represent themselves as a part of your company and will respond to tenants' inquiries accordingly. Our goal is to create a reputable image for your company.
