My philosophy as a personal trainer is to guide my clients toward wellness and prevention, and to set a holistic foundation for healthy lifestyle changes. What is a steam Sauna? The use of a sauna should be an important part of any detoxification program. The sauna increases the eliminate detoxifying and cleansing capacity of the skin by stimulating the sweat glands. Increasing blood circulation promotes healthy skin tone and texture. Artificially induced hyperthermia, combined with heavy sweating and a cleansing effect initiated by ozone will eliminate toxins accumulated mainly in the lymphatic system. This relieves the liver from the difficult task of dealing with toxins.
