Eyelab opened within 5 minutes of my house. I was in need of new eye wear and thought I would check them out. My previous provider was 30 minutes away went out of business. My goal was have an eye exam and purchase eye wear at the same location. PROS: Convenient location Eye exam professionally done Frames at a reasonable price Liked selection of frames I wanted to replace my current frame with a new pair of lenses. They broke my old frames by accident attempting to replace the lenses. So they gave me a new set of frames for free. CONS: Order is sent out to a lab in S FL. Takes two-three weeks to receive order. Lens cost is pricey Customer service poor (they did not call me when my glasses arrived as they said they would. Also a staff member took my name and phone number and promised to call me back to follow up on a matter and did not - sounds like a management problem doesn't it?) Not enough personnel to take care of the customers in a timely manner Question: Would I purchase glasses at Eyelab again? I don’t know - the "pros" and "cons" were equal.
