Poor experience: Mary-Anne at this office, who answered my call, is very rude, compared to the 3 other dental offices I called today. Instead of putting me on hold, I heard her shout across the room to speak to her associate, multiple times. When I politely asked her to continue her other conversation after completing my call, she quickly (and defensively) interrupted with "I'm trying to answer your questions intelligently." Perhaps a hold, or a call back once you've received confirmation may have been less disruptive and respectful. She continued to speak to me with a tone that was unfriendly, offensive and belittling. For example, "I have been working with (them) for 40 years..." does not help me understand anything more about what I was asking. And it's not about you. I feel she clearly still doesn't understand professional customer service and personal etiquette, after 40 years. I'm looking for a dental office with patient and kind personnel who create a positive, healthy, and caring atmosphere while I prepare for the most excruciating dental procedure. I don't want a single doubt in my mind about it. I believe Dr. Yamaki probably provides a specialized service with great standards that I encourage and celebrate. However, it is devalued by disrespectful assistants who provide poor customer service.

All County Endodontics could be the best dental experience you may ever have. They took me the same day my symptoms became unbearable and Dr. Yamaka did his magic with the Root Canal Therapy. His staff is beyond friendly and they worked with my insurance and even offered other methods of time payments. I cannot say enough about Dr. Yamaka and his practice. Simply the best!
