Great Moving Company to choose

Truly horrible job... • We were told that the entire house would fit in the supplied truck. This was after we had a member of your staff come out and spend a long time looking at all the items before the move. o It wasn't until late July 5 that we were told that everything would not fit and we would have to pay more to get them moved. o We were told that there was only a few things that couldn't fit, so your staff encouraged us to either throw away or give them things. After that, we found an entire back room and the garage was full of items that were not packed. To me, this looks like your staff hid the unpacked items to try and trick us into giving them things to make the move in one load. o 2 rooms of furniture and boxes still need to be moved • We were told the unloading would be finished on July 6. o My son, who is disabled, and his nurse had to sleep on the floor. Neither of their beds were unloaded the first night. • My other son's bed had its sides brought, but the slats were left in Houston. So he had to sleep on the floor. Your movers were willing to go to Home Depot and buy some cheap wood to fix the problem, but their manager wouldn't allow them. • Mirrors that were attached to the walls in bathrooms were taken down and now have to either be moved back to Houston or have to be repurchased in Houston. • Items were broken or missing: TV, Desk, Computer • The house that was being moved out of was left covered in trash and moving materials.
