Anthony Martin
Nick and his team installed my system in early 2013. Since then I have had zero issues with the system, but from time to time an adjustment is needed to be made. Not only does Nick answer my questions immediately and remembers who I am, but he also sends someone should there need to be a specialist to look or adjust it.
He told me when we shook hands, that he is someone that once he makes the sale, will be there down the road to help should you need anything, and I did believe him, but wow…. He has blown me away with his customer service over the past 18 months after the sale. If you want your media room set up, and are looking for someone on the outside to do it, you are a fool if you don’t have Nick come out. Terrific knowledge, won’t try to upsell you sticks with his customers!!!!
